We need your help!

Covid-19 has created many hardships. Many children in Aurora already at risk for school success now face additional challenges including very limited, if any, access to virtual services. Aurora Public Library Foundation's response to Covid-19 is to aid these kids and their families. To do this, we formed partnerships with the Aurora Area Interfaith Food Pantry and the Marie Wilkinson Food Pantry. The food pantries help us reach the most vulnerable children with books, crafts and literacy tools. To date, nearly six thousand packets have been delivered. Feedback from the pantries is that families are grateful and using the materials. Please be a Literacy Hero sponsor.
